Free Workout

Each Saturday at noon, CFA provides a free workout for non-members that are interested in checking us out. All you need to do is show up and be ready to workout! We will be happy to explain the program and answer any questions you may have.

Elements

These classes last about one hour and are made up of two to three new skills that will be focused on each session. There will also be a WOD for the second portion of the class. We need to know that you can demonstrate a basic level of technical proficiency in these movements  before moving on to our membership status. Once you have completed four of the Elements  classes then you can attend as many regular WODs as you like for the remainder of that month.

The Elements class is scheduled as a small group training session with one of our coaches. Your class will meet twice a week for one month for a total of 8 sessions. The sessions will last about one hour. This curriculum is necessary for all that are new to our program. Mandatory completion is necessary before signing up for a membership UNLESS you have trained under one of our coaches at another affiliate. The Elements classes teach movements for optimal safety and performance in the CrossFit program.

Elements options:

Option 1: Elements Class. $225. Eight classes meeting twice per week for one month. After four classes then you will have full access to our regular WODs for the remainder of that month. There is also a 15% discount offered to LEO/MIL/FF.

Option 2: Private Elements Classes. This program can be completed in six sessions.  15% discount does not apply.

  • One on one is $400
  • Two or three on one (bring your spouse or a friend) is $300 per person

Option 3: Skills Test-In. $15.

If you’re new to our affiliate and would like to test in. If you pass then you can sign up for a membership. You must be able to demonstrate a variety of skills with the proper form. This test is not necessary if you’ve trained under one of our coaches previously. This test is typically for those that have trained extensively at another affiliate. Upon completion of our Elements program then you can sign up for a membership!

Please note that there is a $30 make up fee for missing an Elements class.

Membership

In order to sign up for a membership then you must have first completed our Elements program or have trained under one of our coaches at another affiliate.

Membership options:

  • Unlimited WODs/2x a week Yoga: $190 per month
  • 3x per week WODs/2x a week Yoga: $175 per month
  • 2x/week WODs/2x a week Yoga: $135 per month

A 10 Class Punch Card (for WODs ONLY) may also be purchased for $130. Email us here if you’d to purchase one.
All membership options (except the punch card) include 15% off for LEO/MIL/FF (Sworn Law Enforcement/Active Duty Military/Fire Fighter) if applicable. Your membership recurs each month. If you need to pause or cancel your membership then you must let us know before the next billing cycle.
